Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of woods. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
woods provides planning tools, calendar and email integrations, AI suggestions, and an assistant for students. Features may change as we improve the product.
Free and paid tiers may apply. Pricing is shown on joinwoods.co/pricing.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and purchases
Woods Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price, billing period, and any trial are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID for iOS purchases or to the payment method shown at checkout on the web.
Apple and Google Play subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage Apple subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Manage Google Play subscriptions in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting your woods account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Web subscriptions are managed from joinwoods.co billing settings.
Any free trial converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Purchases and refunds made through Apple are also governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and standard End User License Agreement.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use woods for anything illegal or harmful.
- Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service beyond normal use.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
Third-party accounts
When you connect Google, Microsoft, or other services, you also agree to their terms. woods is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
AI suggestions
woods uses AI to propose schedule changes and study plans. Suggestions are informational — you choose what to apply. We do not guarantee academic outcomes.
Disclaimer
woods is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, woods Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £50 if you use the free tier.
Termination
You may stop using woods at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws in your country give you mandatory local rights.
